Also, the food at the hotel restaurant was actually phenomenal….please get the spaghetti bolognese. When we come back to London, We will happily stay here. Also, the staff gave us a complimentary upgrade which was spectacular!! "

"Absolute god send. We booked another hotel which was very dirty and didn’t feel safe so we moved to this hotel. As soon as we walked it it felt safe and secure, super clean and cared for. Reception staff were amazing and we got a free cookie on checkin. Room was a great size and clean. Beds are firm but comfortable great after a day of walking. Location is brilliant opposite a tube station and near the shop "

"Hotel great, and breakfast especially good, but gym / pool facilities were old and knackered - couldn't find a working locker and gave up after 10 mins of trial and error, most broken open, which meant carting my stuff around. Would advise replacing or at least indicating those that don't work please!"
