"I have been traveling a lot in my life and experienced great service before but the one I had at this location is just outstanding. I had an amazing time and experience with my family. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond . Only thing I didn’t like was music vibration that would make our bedroom window vibrate during the night. Maybe from parties in the building or the bar across the street but other than that we could still get great rest and great time "

"We took our family of 4 (kids 10 and 12 years old) for a week vacation. This property was nothing short of amazing! The staff was wonderful and always gave great service. The access to the beach was easy and close to the property, and the beach itself was wonderful. The beach staff did a terrific job of trying to keep the seaweed at bay the best they could. The pool area is huge and they have activities throughout the day which created a lot of fun. Our VIP concierge, Juan, was wonderful as well. He ensured that our trip was great, and we had everything we needed. The room was comfortable, and they all come with a hammock on the back patio. The food was all good, however you have to make reservations early for the restaurants. We stayed at the Sunrise location, but we had full access to the sister property Nizuc next door which was pretty cool. We took a day and ventured to Playa del Carmen and Cozumel, and we had access to the Palace in Playa del Carmen as well. I highly recommend this property for all ages! A couple of days on the beach, they had a volleyball tournament for high school aged students. They offer so much to do for anyone looking to do a bit more than just sit on the beach. We will definitely be visiting again! "
