"Everything about the stay was amazing. Very nice woman at check in upgraded my boyfriend and I to an AMAZING room. The location- you can’t beat it. Right dead center Times Square?! You could literally see where the ball drops on new years right from our window. The heat/ AC didn’t work, but that was ok, we just popped open the window and it stayed the perfect temp. Will one million trillion percent stay here again "

"Hotel was clean and roomy for two. I loved the bench seat. There was definite signs that the hotel was aged. The mattresses were very comfy. We had issues with the front desk staff when we checked in, they were somewhat rude and uncaring. We were close to a great diner and a Starbucks to pluses. Close to Carnegie hall and Central Park. "

"This property was nice. The view of Times Square from our room was amazing. However, the room was hot, we tried to turn on the air and it went up to 85 degrees. We had to open the windows turn off the thermostat and it only got down to 78 degrees. If they can regulate the room temperature I would give it 5 stars. "

"The Park Lane is truly a gem! We upgraded to a Park View room and seeing the sun rise over the park each morning was a treat. Proximity to several trains and the iconic Central Park made getting around a breeze. And PL’s rooftop bar, Darling, is so beautiful! We had the best trip!!"

"Great place to stay centrally located and offered drink specials. Easy check in only thing not technically stated is a resort fee they hand you when you check out after putting a 350. Reserve on card for incidental. Really ims are small but unique and only use to sleep in . Great price overall and they validate parking to get a little cheaper "
