It's everything you love about Times Square (Access, shopping, convenience, theatre). And a few things that you don't: ($85 parking.) Lovely hotel. Cozy, well-appointed rooms.

We loved our stay! The area was perfect. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Our only complaint would be the breakfast situation. Food was good and a very good variety. However, VERY limited seating. We tried various times in the morning and every morning was the same, no seating available. This was a frustrating way to start the day having to stand to eat unless we wanted to go back to the room. But we would stay here again. The location and walkability of the area makes up for that inconvenience.

Room wasn’t ready at check in time and was told to come back in an hour then upon coming back the room was still not ready. When we saw the room it was so cramped and tiny. Didn’t even have space to open luggage fully.

Very central and convenient located, some staff were very nice but others don’t. Give me an apartment with no heater but fix it by changing the room. In overall good choice.
