If you come during December it’s completely packed and the elevators in the hotel are a joke and do not accommodate a full capacity hotel. The breakfast was good. Our daughter’s room had two issues the staff member did nothing for us.

Hotel right next to Times Square.. location is great! Staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately a fire alarm went off at 3:30 am and woke us up, but there ended up being no emergency. Room was a little smaller than other NYC rooms we have stayed in, but clean and modern. Bed and pillows were way too soft for our liking. Valet parking was very convenient. Overall great stay for the price.. would stay here again!
