Noisy at night. Room felt well used,

Check in was a problem. The kiosk was telling everyone that their room was not yet available and to wait for an email (that never came). This drove most people directly into the queue for the lobby counter. This was at 10PM. That line routinely had 30 or more parties in it and you could tell that the desk staff was exhausted with one complaint after another. There was no acknowledgement that this was unusual, so I get the impression this is how they run it at all times. I got a pleasant call from management who arranged late checkout to compensate for the hassle. However, we got locked out of our room with my ID inside because no one told us to get our cards refreshed. So we had to stand in the always-long line again only to be told that we had to show ID to get the room key refreshed. The desk staff is not empathetic to anyone and seems annoyed and unsurprised with the constant line of people having issues. I would suggest looking at what the underlying issues are that keep that line full and fix them. Positives: location is great, elevators are functional and not full, event space is right off the room elevators so it’s convenient, parking was a breeze. Management tried to compensate us, but that caused issues as described above.
