"The staff are nothing short of amazing every individual performed above and beyond the normal! Starting with Gregory who delt with a very difficult check-in with an extreme level of professionalism and a level of customer service that is not the normal today. Ending with Christina (i believe) in security who expedited the return of several items forgotten in our room. And everything about the property wasn't 3 Star It was 5 Star. "I loved it it to big, I loved that rooms are very nice and more importantly reasonable. I loved that the staff was friendly. I loved there was a monarail , I loved that the valet was free. I really enjoyed my stay . The only this that put a damper on our trip was no wireless internet and no working tv for four days . I love they gave me a $75 food credit . I would of rather had the other amenities "
