"Wonderful property! Very central to the French Quarter. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was we were on a lower street facing floor and the noise was terrible all night long. While not their fault it’s a noisy city, these rooms were recently redone and they could have possibly done something to make it quieter for the price you pay. If we stay here again we will definitely request a higher quieter room. "

"I requested building J for my special needs then i call the from desk they said sure you are all good. When i get there i got building D nothing on J didn't have a car so it was a long walk. I love Tuscany like my second home but this time very disappointed "
