"We love this property! When in NOLA there is nowhere else to stay! We have stayed at the hotel many times, this was our first time in the Iberville tower (new rooms). The manager on duty explained it so well - you are a new or old tower person. We loved the room, it was perfect but we are old room people! We know next time to book old room - there is no bad room, we just love the old room's charm. The service was, as always, impeccable - the turn down service is so nice. Top notch service...

"The hotel was helpful, clean, accommodating and a wonderful spot. I couldn’t believe how close i was to everything. My only complaint was that the toilet was short or too close to the ground and there wasn’t a microwave even when we requested one."

"We had an amazing time. It was my birthday weekend celebration and i requested a poolside view and the staff gave us an amazing room. Definitely will return as coming to orlando for my birthday is a tradition."
