Everything was amazing, the only thing I can say is that I went to the Pub 365, the restaurant inside the hotel, I went all nights of my visit and the host was very rude and not friendly and had the same server 2 out of 3 nights and he was not checking on me and my girlfriend rarely and we caught him on his phone the majority time of our dining experience. "Our stay was great, everyone we encountered was very nice and very helpfull. The room was very nice and spacious. It was nice and clean. Only small downside we encountered was the bed was very hard ( for me with a bad back ) others might find it okay. The fan in the bathroom was loud and needs changed. Other then those two we had a great visit and this will be our go to for all future Orlando visits"

"The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the beach. This "resort" was by far in the worst shape I have ever seen. There were gaps between the front door and door frame, the bathroom was chipped and falling apart, and the entire area was in ruins. Thankfully, we were refunded. "
