We had a horrible stay at this resort. Lies from staff to begin with who did not honor our VIP room upgrade. After talking to the manager the next day she did upgrade one of the rooms to strip view, which honestly was not much of a view to begin with and it make it worse, the the room smelled like sewer, we could not stay inside of it. It was the most awful stay, broken sink, lights not working. I’m never going back!

I was told by Expedia in an email when I checked in that I would receive a $15.00 food credit simply by charging an meals to my room. We did have a meal and did charge it to our room. However, at check out no credit was issued on our final bill.

Room needs renovation…very dated. Housekeeping never cleaned room on the first day-had to call them just to get clean towels and toiletries-never came on second day until I called them again-they came after 4:30 pm.

We had a few inconveniences such as the ac in our room breaking down at mid night and having to move rooms. Luckily they made a move teo doors down and comped our stay. There was a lot of sports events going on so the hall ways were loud at night with screaming kids but security was on it. All in all it was a good stsy.

Some of the employees were helpful but others seemed to be disturbed when ask to correct a service. The noise level of constant deliveries beging made to hotel. Beer on tap was watered down.

Hotel was off the strip. The price advertised through Expedia is not the total price. You get charged a 46.00 per day resort fee. There was minimal parking. There was no fridge, no safe, and no coffee/tea available in room. Only option was $8.50 coffee in the lobby for limited hours. The casino was extremely smokey. Would not stay again.
