"Is really contradictory that such quality property and rooms have really uncomfortable pillows. Mattress good but the two pillows one too tall and hard while the other too soft that gets flats. "

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. I did get stuck on the 15th floor for 20 minutes due to elevator maintenance. I wished they could have communicated more. A fellow hotel guest helped me to get to the lobby. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. I would go again."

"Lots to do at the hotel, plenty of places to dine but not good service on the floor for drinks. Played for 3 hours and not one server asked me if I wanted a drink. Walked around looking for a server and not one to be found. "
