"Shaun at the front desk was phenomenal and truly made me feel welcome. Everything was amazing, the only thing I can say is that I went to the Pub 365, the restaurant inside the hotel, I went all nights of my visit and the host was very rude and not friendly and had the same server 2 out of 3 nights and he was not checking on me and my girlfriend rarely and we caught him on his phone the majority time of our dining experience.
