"Faby, the receptionist, is very respectful, kind, and responsive. The hotel's location is very far from the Hotel Zone and there is no bus from the hotel to the hotel zone or beaches. The shuttle in the hotel takes the guests to the hotel zone in just 4 specific times in the morning. There is no afternoon transfer and there is no return to hotel transfer. I won't recommend this hotel to my friends."
