"Just an overnight to enjoy St. Augustine historical district and bond. This place is amazing on every level. I have traveled all over the US and the world and the do everything to perfection. Breakfast was a $20 home cooked meal for free, as well as free wine, water, sodas and homemade cookies. Best sheets and bed that are amazing. I could go on, but we will start coming here every two months for a couple weekend getaway. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean, great location. Only slight negative is that parking was hard to find and tough to get to. The sign for parking is a little small. The breakfast was so good! Definitely exceeded my expectations. Whether youve been to a bed and breakfast before or want to try it for the first time i definitely recommend this place."

"This B&B far exceeded our expectations. We had the British suite, which met our needs, and then some! The large soaking tub was a bonus. The house is very historical and decorated great. The breakfast was outstanding! Will definitely be back."

"My wife and I spent 3 nights in July 2024. On property parking is a definite perk. The my wife and I fell in love with St. Francis as soon as we arrived. Beautiful courtyard and quaint inn. The breakfast was good and coffee was also great and always available. Everyone was so nice and helpful with directions and ideas of what to do for our first visit to St. Augustine. A heads up… it’s really hot in the summer obviously but the gnats love to harass you just about anywhere you go in St....
