"My sister and I took our 95 year old mother away for a few days. April’s home was so bright and comfortable. We spent almost all of our time there playing cards and games. I cooked most of our meals there and it was just an overall great home away from home. We already booked again for my nephew’s wedding in July. Thank you April!"

"This was our first trip to Ponte Vedra, and our first ever VRBO! We came down to see our daughter and grandson, and this place had everything we needed! "As an experienced traveler, I can honestly say this is one of my top 3 places I’ve stayed in. The home is stunning, the hosts were so friendly and you can’t beat the location with its proximity (5-10 minutes walk) to downtown St. Augustine. The modern amenities and design were very impressive. My partner and I can’t wait to stay here again!!"

"We really enjoyed our time at this rental house. The property manager I communicated with via text was very responsive, helpful and friendly. The house was very clean and comfortable to hang out at. We enjoyed the hot tub that had clearly been sanitized by the presence of bubble and suds with formed when we turned it on. The kitchen was nice and had lots of utensils, plates, glasses and cooking pots. The only thing it did not have was a sheet pan and a pasta strainer. This property is within...

"The place is historic, massive, and beautiful. Conveniently located, made walking St. Augustine a breeze when traffic is terrible. Clean and comfortable, this location is definitely an experience. Recommend staying during cooler temps."

"Unassuming house from the street with all the wow inside and with the best beach view out the back windows! Perfect for those trying to avoid stairs, but all the vacation beauty. We were traveling with our mid-80s parents and they navigated the house, the boardwalk and even the roof patio with ease. Great communication with host, and would definitely stay here again. "

"This was a perfect home to spend our week in St. Augustine! The views from this house are incredible and only steps away from the beach itself! The distance to downtown St. Augustine was about 15 minutes, which made the neighborhood nice and quiet as its away from the hustle and bustle of tourists.
