"Right on the beach, we had an ocean front view which was spectacular to wake up to every morning. They porch on the back of the property is relaxing. They include breakfast and a happy hour. They have beach towels and umbrellas and chairs right in front of the property beach area. There are 2 restaurants jn walking distance. The historical district and fort cinch are close by. The staff is friendly and helpful. I really liked it here and wiuld come back. "

"Any place you get a real key rather than a card, is usually good. Good location, quiet, good breakfast. I would have liked an earlier breakfast like 6:30 rather than 8."

"Like many Hotels today, there are not enough hooks to hang more than one towel to dry. The sink in the bathroom goes with the decor but there is no place to lay out your toiletries. Very high tub and a wooden floor partition that is a trip hazard so not recommended for Seniors like us even though the location was right at street level and the Restaurant across the room. They only have 10 Parking spots so get there early and avoid taking the car out! "

"This place was a perfect spot for my short stay in Tampa. I stayed in the Peacock room and it was beyond spacious and comfy. I got a great night sleep. I ordered breakfast with my stay and it was delicious and prepared on time. Kimberly was warm, friendly and helpful and a great host for the B & B. The location was great, an easy drive to the airport and sights to see around Tampa. If I find myself in the area again I would happily stay here."

"What an amazing place to stay! We rented the pool house and it was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the pool, the games provided, the yummy breakfast, and sitting in the gorgeous courtyard. However the best part were the hosts. They are so thoughtful, responsive, accomodating, and funny to boot! We absolutely plan to stay here again when we are back in town. "

"We loved so many things about our stay. The garden tub and shower were lovely. The breakfast was really good. Eggs, sausage, bacon, grits, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Super easy check in and check out. The house itself is cute. Our only complaints is there was no place to put our things, and the tub dripped. "Beautiful historic home within walking distance to the park and several good restaurants. Comfortable and clean room. The breakfaat was made to order to each morning served with French press coffee or juice. The service was great: everyone was very friendly and available to assist when needed. "

"My wife and I stayed there for 4 nights to attend a wedding. The BB is beautiful and well maintained, with a nice balcony on both sides of the hotel. The Inn keeper couldn't have been any nicer and accommodating. The location is great, with walking distance to just about anywhere you would like to go. Also, they give you a parking pass to use for your stay which is only 1 block away. We will definitely be back to this B&B"
