"My company was in Las Vegas on a business trip. The property was close to the event and very easy to get to. The house location was very secure and in an ideal neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a central north Las Vegas property. The owner was very easy to contact. "

"Place was clean and furnished well with plenty of seating/tables for entertaining or accommodating bigger parties. Seasonings, bottled water, and kitchen supplied well with dishes, pots, and pans. House is not a stand alone but it was still very privately maintained and there were no issues with other tenants. pansOwner was responsive and pleasant. "

"I liked my stay, but I believe in constructive criticism. There is always room for improvement. My microwave was broken and it took a couple hours from when I first called to the time it was replaced. It took several calls to get action on top of the fact I pressed the maintenance button on the phone but was on hold for the front desk and after I got the front desk they had to transfer me to the maintenance line.
