"Front desk people who help with checking in weren't so welcoming or patient, they just wanted to be rid of you quickly. Didn’t take time to explain the $15 expense per day. Me and my colleague checked in at different times with different people and were both confused with that policy. Otherwise a great hotel. Convenient location. "

"For the price and location, it's a good. Rooms are not spacious, which I think is the age of the building. The place has wear and tear, but in a very charming way. My main complaint is that the shower drain was clogged and I ended up with athlete's foot from standing in the drain water that built up through my shower. Everything else was very clean."

We were on the 16th floor with fantastic views of the Chrysler building in a business executive sweet offering a formal living space, mini fridge, microwave, walk-in closet, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, and large bedroom. Definitely recommend! The staff was also extra accommodating and super friendly from check-in to check out."
