"One thing I like about this hotel is that it is convenient to the theatres and Times Square. The hotel is safe but is in need of updating. The rooms are dated and the hallways need some TLC. The floor where my room was located, was just dingy. When I arrived at my room on the first night, there was a glass of half drank water sitting on the bathroom counter. Housekeeping does a good job of checking to see if fresh towels are needed or trash needs to be removed. Again, I only like this...

"I liked how you couldn’t hear anyone whilst staying in the hotel. I also liked how accommodating the staff was. I wish I stayed longer for my trip. It was decently priced. Room could’ve been larger though. 8.5/10"

"My room was very comfortable and I could control the room temperature and use heat as it was very cold in NYC. The check in was very easy and friendly. The location was perfect, especially for going to the theatre- I could get to my shows in 15 minutes or less. "
