« I've been using this hotel for the past 10 years for the very same reason: close to Stockley Park and conveniently offering a free shuttle for work every 15 minutes in the morning. The hotel needs a serious refresh and cleaning service (starting with really cleaning the bathrooms). It would also benefit of a more up to date quality of service. That said the beds are still OK but with new hotels opened in LHR… they should move and move fast. Does not worth the price anymore. »

« The only issue we had was no bus service to Heathrow. We took it for granted that this would be available, but we had to get an expensive Uber. This isn't the hotels fault apparently. Heathrow cancelled this a year ago and they need to put it back in service. They are making lots of money charging 6 pounds for each car/uber/taxi that drops off travellers! »
