The rooms are a little small but they are clean and utilitarian. For us, location and cleanliness are the most important factors. The rooftop bar is spectacular! And so is the lobby bar!"

"Unfortunately the front desk clerk told us there was no parking which wasn't true. We entered on Broadway St and had no idea there was parking for the hotel right on 48th St. When questioned she said we do not handle or recommend parking garages. We drove around trying to find parking for over an hour, more than a mile away due to it being a Holiday weekend. So disappointed in a clerk not helping us when we kept questioning her about parking our car bec I had called a few days prior and was told there was parking."
