"Not only is the property outstanding, but the staff is simply BEYOND amazing! The Doorman George, who helped us with our bags, gave us a tour, took our pictures by the tree and helped us get a driver to the airport when our uber was stuck in traffic! Truly 10 out of 10 - can't wait to go back!"

"The location is excellent. Pretty clean area. It's one block from UN Building in one direction and one block the other way is the Chrysler Building. The Subway and Grand Central Station are within 2-3 blocks. Tourist areas like Times Square or Rockefeller Center are 20-30 minute walks. Upgrading to the small balcony was worth it- you could step out and hear the sounds of the city as well as see things nearby. The weekdays had the area a tad busier if you like that. Weekends the roads were tamer and pretty quiet."

"This place was amazing to stay at! We loved it no complaints at all! Right next to the subway also! The staff was very helpful, what’s pretty neat is they check for people to acaully head up the elevators so you feel extremely safe. A restaurant and bar located in the lobby and the food was actually good. 10 out of 10"

"This property was very central to Times Square, restaurants, shows Central Park, shopping and entertainment. There’s nothing flashy about this hotel and in fact it is right now under renovation with no washroom in the lobby. There’s also no bar on site. However, we did not spend much time in our room and I thought it was a good price considering how central it was. We were on the Manhattan floor, which was newly renovated. Lots of amenities in the room, but they are smaller. Comfy bed, great sheets, and duvet. I would rate this property a 7 out of 10. "
