Hyatt Grand Central New York

4.0 star property

"I enjoyed my one night at this property. The staff were pleasant. The only bad thing is the bar area is closed Sunday and Monday. I’m sure they have business reasons for this decision, but it would have been nice to just go downstairs to the bar and grab a quick bite and a drink. I guess there are worse places to find something to eat and drink, so it wasn’t awful. Overall a very nice stay. I would stay here again for the close proximity to Grand Central Station alone! "

"Lovely room and staff but very disappointed that I wasnt made aware that roof terrace doesn’t open til end of April - not even for a look! One of main reasons for booking this hotel! Social areas are nice but small compared to others in the area and limited choice. Very loud bedroom doors on closing and when people in corridors. Lift super slow at times. "
