" Good clean hotel. Easily accessible to the tram and main areas in SF. Was there for a conference in Union Square and liked being away from the rush, but close enough. Dining options were nearby and loved that there was a trader Joe's right by the hotel. Tram stop was around the corner. Great stay!"

"Stayed two nights during fleet week. Very safe near fisherman’s wharf. It’s SF and an old building, but it’s clean, safe, and walkable to every location. SF has been notroiusly unsafe for kids, but I had my 14 year old son here and we felt very comfortable. It was fleet week and there were many more police than normal. And the marines. Pretty sure SF authorities moved out most of the homeless for this week. I live nearby could see a huge difference, so YMMV based on the political...

"Great service. Had a delayed flight and didn’t arrive until 1:30am, called ahead of time to let the worker know. Had no issues getting checked in. Room was clean, had a smell but didn’t notice after being in the room for awhile. Coffee in the main lobby. Parking was limited but wasn’t busy so we had no issues. Was $25 plus tax each night for parking. We had an early excursion day of checkout and was able to pick up our car at 1pm. "

"The place in a good location , the property is very ran down!!! Dirty walls, wholes on the walls outside the room , need serious pain job!! The positive thing is that the sheets smelled cleaned ! You can hear like metal spring on the bed every time you turn. You can also hear all the foot steps and talking from the people in the room above you. Also they charge $15 for early parking in the property. We arrived at 11am and if you want to still stayed parked at the property after check out at 11am...
