"Hotel room did not have coffee maker. Even though the hotel provided coffee or hot water for tea, it was available only during 6 AM to 10 AM and not even hot water and tea bags available at other times of the day. Did not use their pool and gym and so not sure about those facilities. The rooms were good and no issues."

"The young man on the late night front desk is an asset to this hotel. He is friendly and always willing to help. We checked out at 5am and he was hospitable and helpful. The room was also lovely and had some nice touches to celebrate my birthday. Thank you! "

"Super helpful and friendly staff. Clean property with nice amenities. Well decorated and spacious rooms Great location for tourists. Only con is that the surrounding area is very noisy and within hotel sound proofing is poor between rooms (they provide ear plugs however which helped). "

"Our stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations! Very clean,lots of cooking items to make simple meals and a super comfortable bed. The location is ideal for sightseeing. Fisherman’s wharf is within walking distance, Alcatraz visible from the rooftop deck and Lombard Street a few blocks away plus a trolley right outside the door! Area felt very safe.
