"Staff is very nice, very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay overall. There was a crack in our ceiling that should probably be looked at. My only complaint is that when we reserved the room we specially requested a high floor for views. When we reached out to the hotel to ask about an amenity. We were told that we had been booked into a lower floor and that we should ask for an upgrade when we arrived. Thankfully staff were able to assist with that. "

"Was a fantastic first experience at StayPineapple!! Loved the snacks and fresh coffee in the lobby. WiFi was great! Bed and bedding were next level! Water pressure in shower was amazing. Two things to be transparent about, it’s a renovated older building, noise from streets, hotel neighbors, and the rooftop club next door was a little higher than modern hotel. And the single elevator was slow, but nice staircase is right next to elevator for easy use.
