"I have went to this property for only three days and, it was a pleasant experience. The pros : Great service, nice amenities, and close to the subways The cons: when asking for maintenance they came 5 hours later to help with a problem, and the room key would not work randomly But I had a great experience! "Great location within walking distance of so many things. The only downfall is leaving due to how elevators operate. They are always full at certain times so I would just allow some extra time. Otherwise, it was a great stay! The room was really clean and nice as well as hotel staff. Would recommend and definitely stay here again."

"Fabulous view from the 39th floor! Clean, quiet and very restful place to retreat to after a busy day out. Steps from theatre and Times Square, and easily walkable to the attractions we were interested in. Elevators are fast too."
