"I was not informed that their indoor pool was closed. That is the reason I chose this hotel over the others was for the indoor pool. When I asked staff I was abruptly told I could go stay somewhere else. Thought that was rude to say. I also asked if he would discount the price he said that people who book on Expedia already receive a discount. The other 2 workers that I encountered were very nice and pleasant and helpful. "

"Overall it was a nice place. BUT, i tend to choose my hotels for the amenities- specifically pool/ hot tub. This place has 2 pools. One is a lap pool for adults, the other is more of a pool/splash pad/slides for kids. Guess where the hot tub was? So i shared it with a dozen 5 yo's, and it was NOT hot. The air in the room was also COLD. Im told because it was cold outside, but I've never experienced this, even in the cheapest places."

"A wonderful experience, that deserves a thank you and a great review. The Shoreline staff was incredible. Owen especially made the evening special for everyone. The restaurant/bar manager, Chris, was a contributing member of the team. The supportive leadership really shows. An overall pleasurable stay in a great location and views. Room was clean and comfortable. "

"I stayed for a long weekend and they were hit with over 4 feet of lake effect snow. Staff especially Scott was amazing. He handled people as best he could given no rooms were available. I booked an extra night in case it kept snowing. Hotel had no issues giving refund but expedia did. Took me over a week fighting with expedia to finally get a refund. I will definately recoment the hotel and will stay again"
