It was Christmas AM and even though they were missing their holiday with family and friends,they couldn’t have been more cheerful!! we loved the costumes as well. "Great area for shopping. Had issues with water temperature in the first day-water never got hot-but that was just the first day. The tv reception is absolutely horrible-- couldn't watch anything at all-- many channels did not work and other were so pixelated that couldn't see picture..not great if you want to settle down for evening with tv.. breakfast was the usual breakfast like most hotels..for the price it was good and the area was great."

"It was terrible. So bad that I called a different hotel which I booked and spent the night at. The water wouldn’t drain from the tub. The linens didn’t fit the bed and were torn and worn out. Entire room was dilapidated old and in disrepair. I have stayed in quality inns all over the country, never had a bad experience like this. DIPLORABLE!!! No wonder it was non refundable ."
