It was Christmas AM and even though they were missing their holiday with family and friends,they couldn’t have been more cheerful!! we loved the costumes as well. Also commend the desk staff who were most accommodating!"

"It was terrible. So bad that I called a different hotel which I booked and spent the night at. The water wouldn’t drain from the tub. The linens didn’t fit the bed and were torn and worn out. Entire room was dilapidated old and in disrepair. I have stayed in quality inns all over the country, never had a bad experience like this. DIPLORABLE!!! No wonder it was non refundable ."
