However, it was turned off during the night because it was noisy and awaken me each time it came on. Our room was on 2nd floor borded by free parking. Along our side of the building a truck started turning on the engine, sounded like a pickup truck, for five minutes at a time. They then turned it off about 20 minutes and then on again from about 2:30am to 4:30am...
