"The Front Desk Staff was very attentive and accomodating. All Shifts handled our needs with the same level of care as when management was around. The Location is great for food and shopping. The Security Guard that patrols the Property every night made us feel very safe."

"Room and hotel were excellent as usual. We often stay here when visiting SF or Oakland as it's a bit outside of the bustle of the larger cities yet still very accessible to either drive or ride-share into either location. Staff is extremely friendly, rooms are clean and spacious. Parking at the hotel is somewhat limited but the adjacent parking garage is convenient, well lit, and a short walk to the hotel (literally across the street). Our 5 year old especially loves Emery the robot!"
