Our ADU Studio is the perfect fully furnished studio with a spacious and quiet gated yard with full sun and sitting nooks. We are a ten minute walk to the lake, the Saturday farmer’s market, Trader Joe’s and landmarks like The Grand Lake Theater. There is plenty of street parking.

Clean and safe. Vrbo gave wrong address on email. Property manager provided correct address after we were lost via cell phone.
