There was ads upon ads on their social media about all the benifits but when I went to the concierge I was denied and all because I didn’t book directly through them. I understand that they have to make their money but after spending 700.00 on my room and another 600.00 between food and a little bit of gambling I felt like I was taken advantage of. "This is the perfect hotel for an early flight out of RNO. It's a ~10 minute walk or a ~5 minute shuttle ride. It's an older building, so try and get a 3rd floor room as the ceiling creaks on the 2nd floor rooms. I'm no expert on Indian food, but the buttered chicken was pretty good at the attached the restaurant."
