"There was construction happening on site that I wasn't aware of when booking the hotel. However when I called the front desk the staff did everything in their power to move me to a more quieter area which was a huge help. I've stayed here many times and for the price it's a great location, next to plenty of transportation and great food spots and I have always felt safe staying here."

"Kearne checked me in and was so helpful. He helped me upgrade when I felt the first room was too small and we had a great room with a view. All staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and the hotel was very convenient to everythiing we wanted to do. The Tik Tok Diner in the hotel is one of the best casual restaurants we ate at."

"Can you really go wrong with a Westin? We have been to New York many times and always wanted to try the Westin. It was safe, convenient, and clean for a NYC hotel room. My only complaint would be the outrageous drink prices at the bar. However, they did give us beverage passes upon check in so that did help! But the drinks were so good we wanted to go back for more. I would stay here again! Safety is priority for me and the Westin never lacks in that area. "
