"Absolutely loved Sonesta! The staff are so super friendly and helpful, they definitely made the stay even better. Great space, great facilities and easy to get to the PATH and straight into the WTC. We will definitely be staying here again. The only small gripe I have is there wasn’t really enough space in the bedroom to put an open suitcase - but it certainly wasn’t an issue! "Despite being located in NJ, it's actually very convenient travelling to downtown NYC via PATH. Hoboken (great dining options and lower priced than NYC) and Newport (shopping) are also just 1 - 2 stops away. My room came with views of midtown NYC. What I didn't like were the thin walls. We had a noisy neighbor for 1 out of 6 nights we stayed and their voice permeated all the way passed midnight. "The hotel is in a beautiful part of Jersey City, very near the Newport Path Station and within walking distance of Hoboken. The area is very well kept and felt safe. The hotel building was well kept as well, but the actual apartment we were in needs a major update. The closet doors were falling off the hinges, the drain plug in tub as completely out and broken, mini blinds were broken and the windows have no screen or mechanism to protect one from falling out. (10th floor) "

"The property itself was in the perfect location, with a great pool and a very safe environment. The suite itself was a good size for 4 people, that's where the good stops.
