"Our family loved our stay, including our dog Teddy. The decor was cozy, modern farmhouse and clean! The staff was friendly, gave us homebaked cookies and treats for our pet upon checkin. The breakfast cafe was simple, but free and amazing service by the gentleman at the counter. The zucchini bread was delicious! The dog park area was perfect and at night a cozy firepit was lit.We will definitely be back, as it was the perfect experience for our spontaneous family roadtrip. Just charming all...

"Our room was large and clean. We had 2 queen size comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent with great options. We loved the hot tub which is indoors. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautifully decorated indoors and outdoors. The hotel was high quality in every aspect, yet affordable. We extended our stay to 2 nights instead of one. We will gladly stay here again if the opportunity arises. "

Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites Salt Lake City

Nice hotel but needs to upgrade.

"I was greeted and given the option to upgrade. When I got in my room it smelt musty and wasn't the greatest smell. The hotel is a great hotel, but they need to upgrade so you can plug hour charges into the wall or lamps without having to move everything. "
