"This was our first experience glamping. The first glamping tent was perfect. It had been prepared for our arrival with a gas fire going and the room warm. An additional propane heater was available as well. The second glamping tent, however, was not prepared and it was as if they had forgotten we had paid for two. There was no gas fireplace in this tent and the propane heater was out of propane. We requested multiple times to have the heater fixed. They kept saying the service men had already...

"This property was beautiful and the double rooms work out great for traveling with kids. I was sad we didn't have more time to enjoy all the fun amenities (pool table, shuffleboard, etc.). The kids loved all of the different outdoor hot tubs and heated pool, rooms were well stocked with basics and towels (they even put pool towels IN your rooms), and the included garage parking was a huge bonus! I'd definitely recommend for a family or friends stay and consider returning for another staycation!"

"I was greeted and given the option to upgrade. When I got in my room it smelt musty and wasn't the greatest smell. The hotel is a great hotel, but they need to upgrade so you can plug hour charges into the wall or lamps without having to move everything. "
