"Had an issue with other guests being loud at all hours and smoking. Staff were very kind and proficient in dealing with the problem and helping us move rooms. We enjoy our stay every time we use this hotel. "

"The bathroom tub was very questionable. The tub is so old and dented I couldn’t tell if I was dirty or just not maintained well. The breakfast staff were very nice BUT they kept talking to our group. We just wanted to go in eat and leave but the breakfast staff just kept trying to make conversation even tho we obviously were not in the mood for conversation. "

"The lady at the front was awful and the property was absolutely disgusting."

"House was so comfortable for our group of 8. We loved it, plenty of room, watching the sunset at night on the porch was relaxing. Jem trails and Gooseberry were a blast to ride, and hiking in Zion was fun. Definitely will come back. "

"This property is charming and delightful. The room is a good size with everything you need to ensure comfort. Well appointed and ideally situated to take advantage of nearby restaurants and bars. Plus, Vanessa was very accommodating and attentive when we had questions. We'll be back in May!"

"We love the Grand America, we’ve stayed several times and it never disappoints! Especially around the holidays, the atmosphere is so festive and the food and entertainment are outstanding. It also makes for a great anniversary getaway which we combine with the holiday fun! The hotel is elegant, the amenities are top notch, the staff are all wonderful and the price for such an experience can’t be beat!"
