"We had a great time, starting at check in. Our agent upgraded our room after we had some confusion about the pool not being open. The front desk converge spoiled our kids with a little toy basket to choose from, and was patient as they talked to him. We loved the convenient location, including parking just an elevator ride away, underground. We had such a great experience we switched another trip in May from the Westin to the Villages!"
