"Shaun at the front desk was phenomenal and truly made me feel welcome. Everything was amazing, the only thing I can say is that I went to the Pub 365, the restaurant inside the hotel, I went all nights of my visit and the host was very rude and not friendly and had the same server 2 out of 3 nights and he was not checking on me and my girlfriend rarely and we caught him on his phone the majority time of our dining experience. I had to walk up to him to give him my card and the bill because I...

"Outstanding location in city center philly. Close to local transit options, restaurants, bars and anything else you could need. The staff were all excellent, and the espresso machine in the lobby was such a nice, unexpected benefit. My only recommendation would be for newer, higher-quality mattresses."
