"I'm a regular at Pod 39 when I come to NYC by myself. It's very minimalist and if I was planning to spend more time in my room, I'd go elsewhere, but exactly what I need when I'm in the city to see shows and check out some exhibitions. Always clean and my room is always ready when I arrive (which has not been my experience at other NYC hotels). "

"This was such a great property to stay at. Check in/out very simple and fast despite a packed lobby. You can check in early for a fee or just leave luggage at hotel for a fee. Staff was very nice and helpful. Few things, our thermostats made a horrible noise like something was clawing through before it turned on but worked great after it turned on. "Booked a 3-night stay to visit Disneyland parks. Arrived late at night and check-in was quick and plenty of parking was available. Room was clean and quiet even though it faced the freeway, it was not loud. We could see fireworks from our window. Great bathroom toiletries were provided which included bar soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Hair dryer provided in room. Bedding was comfortable and we slept well.
