"Parking included, older hotel, but renovated nicley, Small TV with only cable no streaming or movie channels. Pool clean, hot tub refreshing (Indoor pool) Outdoor pool was closed for winter. A bit annoying that you needed to be let into the pool area by staff each time, the card lock wasnt working, (or this is the way they controled the pool area as it seemed a permanent thing)"

"What a lovely hotel. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a Juliet balcony Fallsview room on the 17th fall. The view off the falls was amazing. We stayed the week before Christmas and everything was very festive. Lovely clean hotel. Looks recently renovated. Room was very big and warm with sofa and fireplace. Comfy bed and pillows. The hotel has a Starbucks, hard rock and handy gift shop. Really close to everything. And right next to Clifton hill. We used the undercover car park which was really handy and reasonable in price."

"Been here before and same experience, I rate it a 4.3 personally as parking plus the breakfast isn’t complementary it’s per person extra but overall same great experience I had years ago. I used to live in Niagara Falls so this is the only hotel I prefer close to Clifton hill . It’s walking distance from there, clean and staff are very respectful."
