"The staff were very accommodating. I had an early morning where my kiddo and I had to be next door at a dance competition at 7:30. Even though room service technically didn’t open until 7am, they helped me out and had breakfast to us just before 7. Very good service and excellent food. Dinner the night before at the restaurant was also excellent. "

"I would give it 5 stars except for A) One elevator was out of order and the other was very slow and B) because it's right by the QEW, there is a lot of traffic noise. Aside from that, it's a great hotel. Bright and clean and modern. The rainfall shower was awesome, bed was comfortable, room was nicely furnished and seemed very clean. There is both a breakfast restaurant and a dinner restaurant attached to the hotel which is convenient, and you can walk to Walmart and a dollar store as well...

"Everything was great, as expected for its price range. Maintenance could be improved to increase aesthetics, such as rusty door hinges, clogged sink drain, stainy hallway carpets. Breakfast was great, except cream cheese was not offered for bread toasts. Our room was facing the highway, zero noise. Beds are great! Overall excellent stay! Would stay again :)"
