The non-reservation restaurant on B1F is nice, but their menu is limited in the evening, so plan ahead if you are looking for nighttime dining. "

Otherwise the room had everything I needed. The room was clean and the staff at the front desk were helpful and polite. "The outdoor onsen pool for kids to play is very good. However, we feel disappointed with the food. We had dinner at 6:30 (the last time slot offered by the hotel), at 6:50 some food already running out and no refill. I have visited Japan for many times and never seen this happens before.
