"This place was amazing! The food was excellent, the staff was very cheerful and very accommodating. The rooms are really nice, the entire building was beautiful, and the grounds are really nice too. There was always something fun happening and the pool is huge. The scenery is pretty also. I don't speak spanish but the staff does, so it was not that hard to communicate. I would always stay here when I come back."

"Great hotel but it's not in Villavicencio! It's 40+ minutes away from Villavicencio. Staff was great. Very friendly and tried their best to help. Beautiful property. I will say it's tough to find staff members sometimes, I imagine it is because we were there during the weekday and staffing was on the lower end but that did not change our experience, it was just something of note. Pool area was great. Our suite was awesome. Great shower area. Parking inside the gated property was a plus. "

"This was a nice place to stay at in the Coffee Region. Service and restaurant were both great and the staff was very helpful in helping us arrange tours and taxis. Rooms were nice and simple with cable and wifi. Would recommend this as a great base for exploring Colombia's beautiful coffee triangle."
