"It’s not 5 star hotel, let’s be realistic more like 2-3 star . Rooms are old and outdated (25 years ago ) , beds are stiff and horrible . No shampoos & continioners, no toiletries. No AC in hotel .. it’s uncomfortable to dine in the restaurants with heat .. food - horrible. Kitchen chefs have no clue what they are doing , they can not even make pica or rice . "Com a expansão o hotel não conseguiu manter o padrão. A comida ficou bastante ruim e a infraestrutura básica não atende a totalidade dos hospedes, faltam lugares na sombra em frente as piscinas e inclusive faltou guarda sol na praia . Eu voltei ao hotel devido a excelência, mas agora não voltarei mais"
