"This place was a home away from home. I spent 9 days with my famiy and friends here and it was everything I expected. Staff is amazing, friendly and professional. We have been many times to CZM and stayed at many places but this has been one of the best of all. Everything was clean and neat, we felt safe at all times and the top pool view is wonderful. The staff was the highlight, thank you Kippal for making our vacation amazing! "

"Nice kitchenette area. Didn’t realize the bed & bath were up a circular staircase. Turned out ok but some others may not be able to do the stairs. Lovely outdoor area and pool also"

"The staff was great. Arturo was very helpful with dinner reservations and with the romantic dinner. Brianca was always asking our needs. The bartenders were all great and never took very long to get a drink refill. There could be a couple more options for dinner, but overall the food was great and had many different options."

"Smaller property that is very quiet. Is currently undergoing renovations. Most of the staff have worked there for years and treat you like family. The only improvement I can see would be adding a washer and dryer for those of us who stay a couple of weeks at a time."

Nice hotel with amazing rooms and friendly service

"Rooms are very, very nice, view from the rooms is excellent and staff is really friendly. Beds are AMAZING. There's an actual stretch of sandy beach and snorkelling in front of the hotel is very nice. There is a problem with smell in the lobby. It's not bad, but you can tell they're trying to fight it. We tried only the breakfast buffet which is OK, we didn't stay for dinner in the hotel, there are very good options right across the street. "
