"Great staff and rooms"

"The Hotel is really nice staff very friendly. The rooms need updating the carpet needs to be replaced. The bedding was very comfortable and the views were awesome. Overall this Hotel is just steps away from time square and very convenient. House keeping did a great job cleaning the room. My only suggestion would be to have a Microwave to reheat food after going to the restaurant and having left overs . If possible have a location where there is a microwave if they can not put one in every room...

"Overall my stay was great . Room was cozy and clean with beautiful view of the city except for some issues: 1) The false alarm that occurred during midnight and happened twice when i was sleeping . 2) Also one of the staff who was involved in cleaning the hotel room was very rude and impolite with disrespectful attitude when I took time to answer. I don’t want to mention entire story here but I didn’t expect that from the lady. "
