"Everything about the stay was convenient and comfortable. The room was small, but that was accurately described and what I expected. Everything was clean, mattress, linens and towels were high quality, and I appreciated that even with a small room the bathroom didn't feel cramped at all."

"We would definitely stay here again. It was so convenient and there were great restaurants nearby. The only thing that I would recommend was the pull out couch that my son slept on definitely needs to be updated as it has seen better days. However, the staff was great and the rooms were nice. "

"All staff at the hotel were extremely kind, polite, and helpful. There needs to be more outlets in the room and not all light switches worked. Throughout the night there was a heavy odor of marijuana in the hall outside our room."

"I love this hotel--the staff is professional and friendly and responsive, and the location is great. This time, though, it was really cold in NY, and the heater was hard to set. The hotel sent an engineer to address the issue--worked--but he had to come back the next day. Still--I will stay again."

"Front desk people who help with checking in weren't so welcoming or patient, they just wanted to be rid of you quickly. Didn’t take time to explain the $15 expense per day. Me and my colleague checked in at different times with different people and were both confused with that policy. Otherwise a great hotel. Convenient location. "

"Absolutely remarkable staff, helpful, thoughtful. The room itself was amazing. Great bed, great shower, and the room was massive. The only downside I would say are the bones of the building itself (hallways, elevator). We knew going into it that we would only be in the hotel when we were asleep, so if you have the same plan, i cant recommend the shoreham more. "
