"It was as expected and much better than a hotel for about the same or less cost "

"Very responsive host and easy door code check in. We picked it because it's walking distance to where my mother lives in a senior complex nearby. The apartment is in the basement of the house that you see in the main photo. It has a very nice kitchen but when we got there, the place had a musty smell so we opened the windows a lot even though it was winter. You can also hear footsteps of people living above but all got quiet when it was time for bed and the noise didn't disturb us very much. "

"This is our second time staying at Scot’s wonderful property. We love the location. It is a comfy and cozy place to stay with many great areas to visit nearby. Scot is super communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.! Just don’t go in January because that’s when we wanna be there again lol"

"I LOVED my stay at this Vrbo! The space is charming - perfect for solo travels and room enough for 2. I stayed for 3 weeks while attending the Floral Design Institute, and the decor and wall textures made it ideal for floral photography. The open floor plan was the best - spacious and cozy.The kitchen was fully stocked, the bed like a cloud, and even the towels were unbelievably soft! "Wife wanted to come experience Portland. Sean and Tony were great. Gave us some recommendations for her birthday dinner( which was amazing) Had a day of snow and they came by and shoveled. Checked to see if we needed a space heater as one night was really cold( we didn’t as the heater in the unit was more than enough. Quick to respond to any emails I sent. This is a good owner who takes a lot of pride in the Vrbo. "

"We had such an amazing experience at this home. It was very cozy and spacious for the price. The minor details that hardly anyone pays attention to were all at our finger tips. The books, the postcards, the art. It was so perfect! It's walking distance to restaurants and shops. The beds are very comfortable. The hosts were very attentive but gave us our space, even though they live upstairs. It was great time. Can't wait to go back!"
