"The unit was dirty on the floors and sticky, dirty counters. The bed was awful, it sank in the middle and was very old. It needs to be replaced. The light by the entry door did not work so hard to plug in entry code at night. Woll not go here again Caution if you decide to rent this unit. THANKS ! clearly needs to be replaced. "Everything was perfect!! Condo was completely updated furniture, flooring, kitchen, baths, washer dryer etc. The condo was maybe a minute walk to beach where they had a bar that had food also. La Lagniappe restaurant was also a minute walk located on the grounds and the food was awesome as always. I took advantage of the Water Taxi that picked me up and took me out each night anywhere I wanted to go on the Destin Harbor. Most places I stay in Destin you are either on the bay or on the beach. "The rental is small—but you must already know that if you’re booking a studio condo. There are no frills—be prepared to buy toilet paper, salt and pepper and basic necessities. But this was clearly advertised and it definitely met our needs. The beach was gorgeous and steps away and the pool was a wonderful way to unwind after the beach. "I stayed here with my teenage daughter for a short weekend trip. We arrived very late but was still able to message someone about questions I had which was great! The place was clean and looked nice. There was enough basics pots, pants and dishes to make and eat food. The pool was nice and clean and wasn’t over crowded. "The property was as listed. A nice quiet, functional get away and be able to have home cooked meals, the ease of getting around in the area. The overall room was a nice set up. The bed sat a little higher than an average bed, so for someone that s short in stature, may need a step of some sort. "The property is in a great location and very easy to access. The listing threw me off, as it did list a washer/dryer or just washer amenity, and the pictures shown were not the same condo we stayed in. But overall, I would definitely book again and stay in Sandpiper Cove. Very quiet community, gated access to the beach, and guard access for visitors."

"Location, location, location! Wonderful condo right on the beach. We loved sitting on the patio or having the sliding glass doors open and watching and listening to the ocean. Private access to the beach and away from the public portion of the beach, provided plenty of space and a very relaxing time. Sand is white, fine and very clean. We will definitely be coming back!!"

"On my top list to return to this hotel. Customer service was above and beyond particularly with Kane and Wiwinn who made fresh breakfast all around. Her egg white vege omelets was my fave. Even the oatmeal was always cooked properly and not watered. I always made a point of having breakfast knowing that she prepared it. Also, theres a manager's happy hour with side dishes. Well worth trying it. Hotel view was perfect. It's so open with all the trees and fresh grass. I hope the surrounding areas doesnt get overwhelmed with adding buildings. The open grass field was a treat for a walk. Most of all, seeing the biggest and beautiful US flag was a symbolic touch on the field. Highly recommend this hotel and location.Great environment. "Property was beautiful and just like in the pictures close places to dine at and shop housekeeping staff was excellent however front desk management staff was not… Ended up paying $230 more than what we were quoted when we did our reservation needless to say it was beyond frustrating And I’ve never had that happen before.My husband was equally upset had issues with room keys etc. "
